Billing and Payment
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by us, payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made through PayPal, Bank transfer or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by us. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the reverse side of the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. We may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon us, until accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order or part of any order placed on this web site. Any quotations given by us will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. You agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.
The consumer’s card will be debited i.e. on placement of order.

Due to the sensitive and highly limited resources and products used in the products on Realketones.co.uk, for customer safety, we do not accept returns as returned items cannot be restocked. Please carefully consider this before your purchase. If you change your mind and the product packaging is untouched, we will accept returns and refund you in full within 30 days of placing your order.
Title; Risk of Loss.
Title to products passes from us to you on shipment from our facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by us is our responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s).

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Real Ketones, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Real Ketones, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Real Ketones, shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing this website. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous, shall in all events survive any termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for all products within the UK when you spend over £100.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
UK orders will take between 4-6 working days to arrive with you depending on where you live and what time you placed your order. Please note that our warehouse aims to despatch orders by 5:30pm each day so it’s best to get your order in before 5pm for despatch that same day. We use the UK Mail (Courier) who may utilise other local services (like DPD/Yodel etc) depending on delivery requirements and timings. We currently use the UK Postal service for most standard deliveries which may use a number of local postal services for your delivery. All deliveries are now tracked.
Free shipping can take up to 6 working days depending on the postal service in your area.
Please contact us within 10 working days from the date of you placed your order if your order has not arrived. Failure to notify Real Ketones Ltd. within this period will result in you losing the ability to claim for reimbursement.
Real Ketones Ltd. cannot be held responsible for loss resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.
Real Ketones Ltd. cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the post if free or standard shipping is selected. We recommend that you select Express delivery, as these deliveries are sent via courier, giving you protection in the event of loss in the post.
If your order has arrived damaged or incomplete, you must contact Real Ketones Ltd. within 24 hours in order to have the missing or damaged item replaced. We will also require you to email us photos of the damaged item and packaging. If a package arrives damaged, please note this with the driver at the time of delivery.
Separate charges for shipping and handling may be shown on our invoice(s). Unless you provide us with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to our acceptance of the order, you are responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on our invoice. By default all pre-orders will ship within 30 days of purchase.
International Shipping
We do our best to offer cost effective shipping for you, however, International shipping can take considerably longer than domestic shipping.
Please contact us if you require an urgent overseas delivery and we can price up some delivery options for you (along with a delivery time-frame estimate). Real Ketones Ltd. cannot be held responsible for loss resulting in shipping delays outside of our control.
Please ensure that the products you are purchasing may be imported into your country as Real Ketones Ltd. cannot be held responsible for products that are delayed, held for import duty or seized due to your country’s customs restrictions.
